Welcome!
As always, I would like to begin by thanking all of you, our Mediazone Studio Assistants, and all of our Studio Assistants in Training as well as volunteers; welcome back!
Mediazone is about evolving and exceling, so your extraordinary efforts are very much appreciated, and always will be! Staying positive and flexible is key!
Your important role in Mediazone is part of our positive reputation, and we rely on you every day.
We are always moving forward – with you, our Assistants as both our colleagues & our ambassadors. Your effort is your experience, your connections, your future.
Doors do not just open by themselves, they have to be pried open, with a thirst for what is on the other side.
I am more than confident that we are all ready to tackle anything that comes our way, as you have clearly demonstrated. We will rely on you to continue to do your best.
What is certain is that we respect and appreciate your work, and the way you conduct yourselves.
For all of the newcomers, who are up for the challenge, stay focused on what matters and never stop learning!
When it counts, we will also stand by your side, as Mediazone is not just for today, but we are here to support you in your future.

This semester we need to ensure we add more than 10 hours a week – we must treat 12 hours as the minimum.

Remember that there will be changes to the schedule come late February and March
Keep communication lines open!
HOURS OF THE DAY
8:30am – Shift starts – MediaCheck is open
9:00am – Classes start
9:00pm – Shift ends
The days schedule will be 8:30am- 9:00pm to start and we will make adjustments to the schedule – if required for end of day.
There will be exceptions and potential in class assistants – especially for the one course that starts at 9:00am – and may require in studio time.
Actual Start Date will be the second week of classes
PROTOCOLS:
All protocols and procedures should be followed.
NOTES:
- Review your training constantly, put in the effort everyday.
- Your training never stops, ask for help constantly. Staff will be on campus.
- Please follow rules and regulations and all protocols carefully so we can all be on the same page, be professional and be fair. Ask questions if you are unsure about any of them.

- JULY SUMMER COURSES
- AUGUST OFF
