The GH5S is a video-focused Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera. It offers excellent low-light performance, 10-bit internal recording, and timecode support.
Sensor: It has a 10.2 MP Multi-Aspect Ratio MOS sensor optimized for video.
Lens: Paired with the Lumix G Vario 12–60mm f/2.8–4.0 ASPH. Power O.I.S. lens.
Video Recording + Slow Motion: Records DCI 4K and UHD 4K at up to 60 fps in 10-bit 4:2:2. Captures slow motion up to 240 fps in Full HD.
Base ISO: Dual Native ISO with base levels at ISO 400 and ISO 2500.
ISO Range: ISO ranges from 160 to 51,200, expandable up to 204,800.
Stabilization: No in-body stabilization. Lens includes optical stabilization (Power O.I.S.). Final stabilization depends on lens or external tools.
Storage: Uses SD cards. Supplied with a SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB SDXC UHS-I V30 U3 card (200 MB/s read).
Audio Capabilities: Features mic and headphone ports. Supports XLR audio via optional adapter (DMW-XLR1) for pro audio recording.
