The Digital Lab provides a collaborative and fully equipped space for students to carry out editing and post-production work at a professional level. The lab is complete with 16 high-performance workstations, each paired with a 4K monitor to support precise video editing, design, and multimedia production tasks. This setup ensures that students have access to the processing power and visual clarity required for demanding creative projects.

The Digital Lab is open daily from 09:00–21:00 and does not require a reservation, making it a flexible resource for students enrolled in practical communications courses. Whether working individually or alongside peers, students benefit from a supportive environment that mirrors industry practices while remaining accessible throughout the day. This open-access model ensures that every student has the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience with professional tools in a comfortable and well-resourced setting.

Use of this facility and equipment is subject to the MediaZone Rules & Regulations as established by the University of Nicosia. Users must never attempt to repair equipment themselves, and are strictly prohibited from eating, drinking, or bringing any harmful substances in the studio. All reservations must be made online in advance, and facilities booked must be in the same condition as received; any damage, loss or negligence will incur full liability.
