The PXW-Z100 is a handheld 4K camcorder built for professional video production. It captures true 4K internally with a compact, ENG-style body.
Sensor: It has a 1/2.3-inch Exmor R CMOS sensor with 8.8 MP effective resolution.
Lens: Features a fixed 20x optical zoom lens (f/1.6–3.4), equivalent to 29.5–590 mm.
Video Recording + Slow Motion: Records 4K (4096×2160) at 50p or 60p and UHD at 60p in XAVC format. Shoots slow motion at up to 120 fps in HD via post-processing.
Base ISO: Base ISO is approximately 500.
ISO Range: Native sensitivity is limited but adjustable using gain up to +33 dB.
Stabilization: Has digital image stabilization. No optical or in-body stabilization.
Storage: Uses dual XQD card slots for high-bitrate 4K recording.
Audio Capabilities: Includes two XLR inputs and a built-in stereo mic. Supports professional audio controls and manual levels.
