At least that’s what Josh Shires and James Griffith say. Two British designers have given us the perfect solution for the curse of tangled headphone cables. After they worked through over 25 prototypes, they have come up with the idea of an iPhone case that doubles as tangle-free headphone storage. This case is called the Mous Musicase and it enables its users to wind and unwind the headphone cable whenever they want or need to use them. Now this is what I call simple but effective!
The case was launched on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter a few weeks ago and it had already reached its £10,000 launch target. (Final goal reached and surpassed: £12 525.). Hopefully after producing the case in Manchester it will be shipped internationally before Christmas. They are also thinking of introducing the cases for other phone manufacturers in the future as long as it’s successful.
I personally believe that this is a brilliant invention which will help me out a lot! I wish they introduce the cases to other manufacturers as soon as possible because I do not own an iPhone and I would like to have this case. I am always using my headphones either on the bus, or when I’m walking or even when I’m just doing nothing. So I would usually have them shoved in a pocket in my bag, and that is a nightmare. Therefore, it will be very convenient to have them in a case always attached to my phone. Not only will they never get tangled again, but the possibility of them getting lost or misplaced is very unlikely. Which makes me very happy!
